Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop mail management solution, which will grant you complete authority over your mailboxes and e-mail campaigns. With this intuitive graphical user interface, you can set up a new electronic mail account in an instant and administer its settings easily. Furthermore, you can redirect mails from one e-mailbox to another, configure email filters, create auto-response messages and protect your e-mail boxes against unsolicited bulk mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can defend all your e-mailboxes against junk e-mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make sure that no undesirable mail messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your e-mails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an electronic mail message flagged as spam should be deleted or forwarded to a given email mailbox.
Email Filters
Email filters are ideal for filtering your incoming messages based on certain criteria defined by you. Creating email filters is extremely easy - all you need to do is fill in a simple form and your e-mail filter will be activated and will go into effect immediately. You can swiftly create an e-mail filter for any of your email box accounts and select the mail filtering criteria according to your desire.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming electronic mails from one e-mail box account to another, or even to several other mail accounts. Simply select the e-mail account you want to forward mail messages from, then specify the target email mailbox and select if you want to keep a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, you can easily configure the mail client of your choosing to access your e-mailbox accounts. Simply navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox you want to set up on your personal computer or smartphone and click on the mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your mail client and the new mailbox will be configured in a minute.
More Features
With the Email Manager graphical user interface, working with multiple mailbox accounts at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager interface will also allow you to easily create an autoresponder message - enter the message you want people to view and our system will take care of everything else. And if you want to configure a catch-all email mailbox - you can do that with a mere click on the Catch-all icon.
